In this episode of the Pool & Spa Influencer Series, Jeff Brooks, VP of Sales for Aqua Quip in Seattle, sat down with Chief Editor Rachel Williams to discuss challenges in the sales space, the benefits of taking business virtual, and how to maximize sales potential. Here are three key takeaways from their conversation:

  • Consumers love virtual. If you aren't yet taking sales virtual, it's time to try it out.

  • Look for ways to expand your virtual offerings. For example, Aqua Quip's virtual presence began on the sales side, but they now offer virtual orientations for new owners of swimming pools or hot tubs and even virtual service calls.

  • Focus on what else you can add to the sales experience, including additional services and accessories, especially during times of supply chain shortages and limited inventory.
