New options include a fast-curing sealant for parking decks, a field-customizable concrete repair system, and crack repair.

Master Builders Solutions launched a range of new products during World of Concrete 2022, including several repair and sealant options.
Customizable Concrete Repair
The MasterEmaco ProMix Concrete Repair System is a field-customizable system designed to maximize versatility while reducing project complexity, streamlining ordering, and optimizing storage space. The system uses one universal bag of base material and combinations of six PowerPaks to create 120 different products. According to the company, the ProMix Concrete Repair System provides increased durability compared to competing products and is better for the environment by generating less waste.
Anchoring & Crack Repair
Four new MasterEmaco adhesives are designed for long-lasting performance in construction, maintenance, repair, and renovation of structures. The adhesives are easy to use and offer fast curing time, strong adhesion, and durability.
The new offerings comprise:
MasterEmaco ADH 501: A non-shrink epoxy resin for mortar repair, patching, and overlay of interior surfaces, including aggregate. Designed for installation in damp conditions.
MasterEmaco ADH 502: Offers rapid cure time for structural repair of concrete cracks, and anchors bolts, dowels, and reinforcing bars, even in underwater environments.
MasterEmaco ADH 610: A bonding agent for fresh concrete to hardened concrete and for hardened concrete to hardened concrete. Offers high bond strengths, a wide service temperature range, and moisture resistance.
MasterEmaco ADH 612: Provides anchoring in all seasons, for dry and water-saturated concrete conditions, and withstands freeze/thaw conditions. Resists static, wind, and earthquake loading in tension and shear.
Fast Cure Traffic Systems
MasterSeal 2850 and MasterSeal 2900 Fast Cure Traffic Systems, ideal for horizontal concrete decks such as parking garages and loading docks, provide waterproofing and protection with a fast return to service in just an hour. The systems are based on methyl methacrylate and polyurethane chemistries that incorporate tenacious adhesion, unmatched crack bridging capabilities, and outstanding abrasion resistance, the manufacturer says.
