Roofing & Exteriors Chief Editor Rachel Williams interviewed Art Unlimited CEO Anna Anderson.

She noted how the Roofing Technology Think Thank is always looking for "disruptors."

". . .[W]ithin the industry or disruptors outside of the industry—and things we can come back to the industry with," Anderson said.

Anderson also provided some insight on marketing, which she explained is "always evolving and changing."

"Reevaluate your marketing strategy—what's working, what's not working, and what are you going to change as you go into next season," she said.

The CEO also had tips for getting the best out of IRE's educational sessions.

"Raise your hand," Anderson said. "Write down a question and ask" it. 

"These sessions are designed to empower the individual," she emphasized.
