Heritage Pool Supply Group Acquires Pool Contractors Supply

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. announced that it acquired Pool Contractors Supply, Inc., a wholesale distributor of pool and spa products in the Mid-South region. 

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, PCS was founded in 1953 and is run by CEO Ed Flemmons and VP Sam Rogers, who will continue to lead PCS's employee base under the existing brand.  

“Following our recent entrance into the Arkansas market, we are thrilled to expand again in the Mid-South region, adding four additional locations and three new states (Tennessee, Alabama, and Louisiana) to our rapidly growing network," said Matt McDermott, president of Heritage. ". . .We will put all of our resources behind the company to fast-track its expansion in existing and adjacent markets.”
