It’s no secret that diversity initiatives have come under fire recently. Companies in some sectors have pulled back on inclusivity campaigns, while courts have ruled against affirmative action and workforce participation goals for federal dollars

Against that backdrop, construction leaders held the fourth annual Construction Inclusion Week last week, declaring that inclusion is not just a trend, but a core strategy for the future of work.
