Metal-Era, Hickman Edge Systems Join NRCA’s One Voice Initiative

NRCA launched its One Voice initiative to unite the roofing industry and speak with one voice about matters critical to the roofing industry's continued success. Metal-Era and Hickman Edge Systems are now partner members.

Metal-Era, LLC and Hickman Edge Systems, owned by parent company MTL Holdings (Waukesha, Wisconsin), joined NRCA’s One Voice initiative as partner members. 

In 2017, NRCA launched its One Voice initiative to unite the roofing industry and speak with one voice about matters critical to the roofing industry's continued success. 

Manufacturers, distributors, architects, engineers, consultants and service providers are invited to fully engage with NRCA and actively address the industry’s most pressing issues, including workforce development and certification; effecting change in Washington, D.C.; building codes and insurance; and increasing professionalism in all industry sectors. 

“NRCA’s One Voice initiative offers a unique opportunity for the roofing industry to address the major issues we face,” said Reid Ribble, NRCA’s CEO. “However, our work can only be accomplished with commitments from leaders from all sectors of this great industry. Only together as a roofing community can we take this transformational approach to address our issues and concerns and achieve success in the future.” 

“Since NRCA first presented this initiative to the industry, we have watched closely and been highly impressed with the progress made in lifting the industry up and bringing people together,” added Tony Mallinger, CEO of MTL Holdings. “When Ribble, NRCA Chairman of the Board Rod Petrick and NRCA VP of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships Alison LaValley came to our facility to visit, investing time in learning more about how our automations and pre-fabrication can help NRCA members with the industry’s largest priority—the workforce—we were convinced that it was time and the future with One Voice was bright.”
