Milwaukee's new Backpack Concrete Vibrator, part of its MX Fuel Equipment System, is the first modular concrete vibrator of its kind and provides more consistency than gas solutions while eliminating some of the hassles, the company says.
The new backpack vibrator offers consistent, push-button starts; reliable pours with the power to push up to 2.5” head at over 11,000 VPM for optimal concrete consolidation; 50% noise reduction; and reduced vibration. It avoids emissions concerns and is safe to use indoors and outdoors. When equipped with a MX Fuel RedLithium XC406 battery, 1-1/2” head, and 7’ shaft, the backpack delivers 70 cubic yards per charge.
The backpack works with whips up to 21' long and has a wireless remote that works from up to 30' away.
It also features One-Key, a Bluetooth tracking network that allows users to track, manage, and secure the vibrator with their mobile device.
