Ryan Decker serves as the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager for F.A. Wilhelm Construction, bringing over two decades of expertise in Construction Quality Assurance and 26 years in the construction industry. A proud graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Building Construction Management, Ryan is a cornerstone of excellence at Wilhelm. In his role, he develops and ensures the seamless implementation of Wilhelm’s Quality Management System and leads a team of on-site project quality assurance managers to uphold these rigorous standards across all projects. Ryan’s responsibilities extend to overseeing Quality Assurance for the Wilhelm Structural Steel Division, where he spearheads developing and implementing the WSSD Quality Management System required by the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC). Under his leadership, Wilhelm maintains its prestigious status as an AISC-Certified Fabricator and an AISC Advanced Certified Steel Erector, reflecting his unwavering commitment to quality and industry leadership.
